Pam started her real estate journey in 2005 by getting her license after years of flipping houses with her husband. This hands-on experience motivated her to become a licensed agent. Having dealt with property management and numerous transactions, she felt it was the right time to formalize my expertise. Past experiences taught her the importance of understanding the real estate process thoroughly to avoid any pitfalls. Her goal has always been to empower her clients by educating them throughout the journey. After several years of being an agent, she decided to get her real estate broker's license and at the same time, her son, Trevor obtained his real estate agent's license. This is when the SOLD By Coletti Team was born!
